Itinerary

Day 1 – CAIRO

Pyramids and Sphinx:

After the rest of the day at the hotel, we will head to one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World: the Pyramids of Giza.

The complex has three main pyramids of the pharaohs: Cheops, Khafre and Mycerinus.

Visit the Great Sphinx of Giza, built during the reign of Pharaoh Khafre (2620 BC).

Built from natural yellow calico stone, this unmistakable statue is 20 meters high and 57 meters wide and combines the head of a pharaoh with the body of a lion.

Memphis:

After a lunch stop at a local restaurant, transfer to Memphis, which was the first capital of Egypt and the center of government and culture for more than 3,000 years founded by King Menes.

You can also see the statue of King Ramses II.

Saqqara:

Saqqara is an Egyptian village in Badrashin markaz (county) in Giza Governorate, containing ancient cemeteries of Egyptian royalty and serving as the necropolis of the ancient Egyptian capital, Memphis. Saqqara contains numerous pyramids, including the Pyramid of Djoser. sometimes called Stepped Tomb, and several mastaba tombs. Situated about 30 km (19 mi) south of presentday Cairo, Saqqara covers an area of around 7 by 1.5 km (4.3 by 0.9 mi).

Day 2 Cairo-Luxor

Egyptian Museum :

Breakfast.. Visit to the interesting Museum of Archaeological and Egyptian Art, where inside you will find

a multitude of treasures from the pharaonic era and Tut’s Ankh-Amun collection.

Salahdin Citadel:

The tour continues to the Citadel of Salah El Din, built to protect Cairo and Fustat from the crusaders and unite them into a single front.

Inside the citadel.
You can visit the alabaster mosque of Mohamed Ali.

Khan el-Khalili:

Khan el-Khalili is a famous bazaar and souk (or souk) in the historic center of Cairo, Egypt.

Established as a center of trade in the Mamluk era and named for one of its several historic caravanserais, the bazaar district has since become one of Cairo’s top attractions for tourists
and Egyptians alike.
It is also home to many Egyptian artisans and workshops involved in the production of traditional crafts and souvenirs.

The name Khan el-Khalili historically referred to a single building in the area; today it refers to the entire commercial district.

Day 3 - LUXOR (East Bank)

CAIRO – LUXOR

Breakfast. On Monday, at the agreed time, transfer to the airport to board the flight to Luxor. Arrival and
start of the cruise, during this day the following visits will be made:

Templo de Karnak:

which dominates the entire landscape of Thebes and was born from the splendor of the pharaohs of the New Kingdom.

For centuries, this place was the most influential Egyptian religious center.

The main temple was dedicated to the cult of the God Amun.

Temple of Luxor:

In the heart of ancient Thebes is the Temple of Luxor, the work of one of the great pharaohs who made

it travel for a long time, whose construction was commissioned by Amenhotep III.

 

Day 4 – “Luxor"

NILE CRUISE (West Bank)

The Valley of the Kings

Full board. West Bank: The Necropolis of Thebes, visiting: the Valley of the Kings where the tombs of the most important pharaohs of the new empire are hidden.

The temple of Queen Pharaoh Hathshepsut located in Deir el Bahari :

It is the most original and the most monumental of those built in the valley and the only one of its kind in all of Egypt.
The work was built in the form of large terraces, buildings with porticos and a patio with columns in harmony of proportions that integrate with the steep slope of the mountain, creating a beautiful landscape.

Colossi of Memnon:

Later, visit the gigantic and grandiose Colossi of Memnon, two gigantic twin stone statues representing Pharaoh Amenhotep III.
In the evening take a boat tour.

Day 5 – “ASWAN”

Edfu:

Temple dedicated to the Falcon gods Horus located on the western bank of the Nile, it is the second

largest temple in Egypt and one of the best preserved.

Come Ombo:

Temple dedicated to Sobek and Haroeris that impresses with its view and its location, which stands out

next to the Nile.

Threads:

Visit the Temple of Philae, dedicated to the goddess Isis, one of the three best-preserved Ptolemaic temples and the only temple built on an island.

The cult of Isis in Philae dates back to very ancient times.
This tour takes you by bus to the pier, from where you take a boat to the temple.
Take a boat tour at night.

Day 6 – “ASWAN”

Abo Simble:

We got up very early in the morning to visit the Abo Simble temple.
Built entirely on the rock dedicated to Ramses II, this route is You take a bus to the pier, from where you take a boat to the temple.
Leaving the ship, at the scheduled time we take our flight back to Cairo, accommodation at the Cairo hotel.
